A media maven, Jennifer’s accomplishments include fostering deep relationships with the press and industry influencers. An avid corporate blogger (of award-winning blog) and self-published novelist, she is a creative and strategic writer (and ghost writer) with strengths in producing effective press materials and marketing collateral.
Jennifer is currently the Director of Corporate Communications at UserTesting, the leading on-demand human insights platform on the market. Prior to UserTesting, Jennifer was the founder of Moebius Ink and a senior consultant at Crescendo Communications, where she drove global media and analyst relations efforts, content marketing/blogging, speaking and awards programs, social media strategy, and more, for leading high-tech and B2B companies including:
UserTesting, RetailNext, SLI Systems, FrontStream, Tracx, SmashFly, Kiana Analytics, Retailigence, Kalio Commerce, Melbourne IT DBS, Pixelkin, Crowdsourcing.org and MN8 Foxfire/Lumaware.
Previous to Moebius Ink, Jennifer was the PR Manager at Applause (fka uTest), where she elevated Applause’s brand and messaging beyond software testing startup to one of the hottest names and established leader in technology. Before Applause, she was Senior Account Executive at boutique PR firm Emerge Public Relations, where she managed PR programs for a variety of tech clients including Burton Group (now Gartner), Information Builders, Action Engine (now Mobui), Tizor Systems (now Netezza) and Harvard Business Publishing.
